I had a pretty rough day Friday, the first in a while. I was blessed with a surprise from Glenda and James again!!! She made me a wonderful pie and he delivered it!!! Everyone that knows me knows I love desserts!!!! I hate to admit it but I ate two pieces before stopping!!! Wendell asks me all the time now how it feels to be able to eat anything I want and not have to worry about weight gain right now. It is the first time in my life, but it feels great!!!! The sad part is I know it won't last long :(
By the time I had to start getting ready for our trip to "Find Nemo" I was feeling so much better. The Lord is so good. All day I was thinking what would I do if I couldn't make it. I was thinking I would have to call Steph and ask her to go in my place, but the Lord is so good and I felt well all evening!!!
Kiah has her driving permit and spends a lot of time driving me where we need to go. She drives really well and will be able to get her license in January. She is a big blesssing to me and like my other children is always trying her best to be helpful in any way she can!!!
As for "Finding Nemo" it was a really good show, "The Incredibles" is still my favorite, but Nemo was good. Their costumes are amazing. I just got a new camera last week, I had Teresa order it for me. Although I have read every page of the 180 page booklet I still have problems operating it!!!! So I am posting some pictures but there not the best quality, hopefully with time and practice I'll get better!!!
The Nemo hats were free with the purchase of cotton candy. Quite a bargain considering the cotton candy was only $10.00 a bag!!!!
These two young men came up to the girls after the show claiming to have been skaters in the show and asking if the girls wanted their autographs!!! It was quite amusing, the girls cut them no slack!!!
Notice there is no pictures of the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame? After approximately ten years we finally got it right and drove straight to the collosium parking. (No thanks to me and Punky) Carolee had it all under control this year and we didn't even travel through the wrong side of town. No worries of drive by shootings this year!!!!
I am also so thankful the Lord has allowed me to feel well enough to make it to all three of Kiah's basketball games so far!!!! I look forward to going and watching her and her friends play. This is only their second year of playing and they have improved so much!!!

Debbie,
So glad you were able to go see Nemo and had a good time. I take it Punky got her sense of direction from the same place you did, huh? The pictures were good and don't worry, you'll get the hang of the camera with practice. I'm still getting used to mine, but I love it! I enjoyed getting to see Kiah play ball and will be coming to watch her again. See you Thursday!
Love ya,
Teresa
